“Cyre” is an old English word — it means “the power of choice; the act of selecting.” That’s what we do. We help businesses make better choices. Matthew Sweeney, Principal
Matthew spent a decade in transaction advisory in Sydney, where he worked on M&A transactions, valuations, and complex deal structures for institutional clients. He learned how the best thinking gets done — rigorous analysis, clean logic, respect for complexity. Then he came home to Tamworth and realised that same thinking was exactly what regional businesses needed. He built Cyre around that insight: institutional-grade advice, delivered locally, at pricing that makes sense for a business operating in NSW. Matthew’s transaction advisory background is the core of what makes Cyre different.
